ROCKIN' THE COUNTRY FESTIVAL
July 1st 2023
Our display team were invited to take part in 2 demonstrations at Soverign Quarter Horses in March, Cambs. As part of the Rockin' The Country Festival.
A great weekend for the team, and 2 phenomenal displays in front of thousands and spectators made us the highlight of the event for many.
We have already been asked by the organisers to come back next year.

BELVOIR CASTLE - FESTIVAL OF THE HORSE
September 10th & 11th 2022
Belvoir Castle was the setting for the Festival of the Horse, after the sad news of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, it was a fitting tribute for the event to go ahead with the Queens links with horses.
It was a massive event with headline acts and we slotted in our displays between the Knights of Nottingham and Ben Atkinson Action Horses.
We put on 2x 30 minute displays, (1 on Saturday & 1 on Sunday) to a huge audience on both days. The feedback received was that our display showcased barrel racing as a high adrenaline and fast paced sport, and our riders managed the damp grass to the best of their ability.
WILD WEST WEEKEND AT PENRITH
AUGUST 13th & 14th 2022
Newton Rigg Equestrian Centre in Penrith hosted a Wild West Weekend in August and we were invited to be the main display in the arena at 7pm on the Saturday night. 6 Team Riders gladly obliged and represented 4 Strides Equestrian UK superbly in what has been said was our best display to date.
Our display now features a high adrenaline and fast paced, NEVER SEEN BEFORE, Barrel Race Head to Head along with our individual timed runs and our explanation of Barrel Racing and how to get involved.
FESTIVAL OF THE HORSE SILVER LEYS POLO CLUB
July 17th 2022
A scorching hot weekend both in terms of weather and the display produced by our team in Hertfordshire.
A 30 minute slot to entertain the crowds at the Festival of the Horse at Silver Leys Polo Club.
The display was obviously a great draw, as our next clinic and competition at Silver Leys was incredibly busy. See you soon
DURHAM COUNTY SHOW
JUNE 25TH 2022
We were invited by Durham County Show to perform in the Main Arena on the Saturday for 2x 30 minute displays of our barrel routine.
We got together a group of 7 riders, support crew and of course Sally and made the 100+ mile trip North. Im pleased to say we didnt disappoint and had the hundreds of strong crowd, clapping and cheering our riders on. A short video will appear here when time allows but in the mean time here's some pictures below.
We performed on a grass surface which although not preferred is a possibility.
BISHOP BURTON COLLEGE
SPRING LIVE MARCH 2022
Bishop Burton College Yorkshire requested our display team to be an event in their main arena for the Spring Live Show in March 2022. We had 2x 30 minute slots where Sally started with a talk about the history of Barrel Racing, how to get involved in the UK and then introducing the team members. This was followed by a 10 minute display where our riders ran the barrel pattern to music and as fast as they could. We had a brilliant day, were well looked after and hopefully made more people aware of Barrel Racing and eager to have a go.
